If your team drops out 15 days before the event a refund will be processed minus a  $75 service charge. (World Series / 30 Days)

 No refunds will be issued within 10 days before an event.  A credit toward another event will be applied. 

Payment deadlines are 10 days before the event. If a payment is not received by the deadline, your team will not be scheduled for the event.

If your team is not registered with USSSA, the registration process can take up to 5 business days.

USSSA does perform a background check, which must clear before a team is qualified to enter a USSSA event.
